We ship tracked orders from the UK to customers worldwide. Every order includes tracking so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

Orders within the United Kingdom are dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD and typically arrive the next working day after dispatch.

Dispatch Times

  • Mon–Fri: Orders placed before 6 PM GMT are dispatched the same day.
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 10:55 AM GMT are dispatched the same day.
  • Sunday: Orders are dispatched on Monday.

Dispatch may take longer during peak periods, sales events, or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once the carrier scans your parcel. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Free Shipping

All orders over £50 qualify for free tracked shipping to any destination — no code needed. For orders under £50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Common Questions

My tracking isn't updating — what should I do?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch, especially for international orders. If it hasn't moved in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

We'll work with the carrier to locate your parcel. If it's confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

UK orders are delivered next day as standard. International orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
