Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once the carrier scans your parcel. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Free Shipping

All orders over ยฃ50 qualify for free tracked shipping to any destination โ€” no code needed. For orders under ยฃ50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

My tracking isn't updating โ€” what should I do?

Tracking can take 24โ€“48 hours to update after dispatch, especially for international orders. If it hasn't moved in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

We'll work with the carrier to locate your parcel. If it's confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

UK orders are delivered next day as standard. International orders typically arrive within 3โ€“5 business days.
