Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Windows
- UK orders: usually 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- International orders: usually 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping on all orders over £50. Final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.
- Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Tracked services are used where available. Tracking information is shared once a shipment is processed by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address information. If a parcel is returned due to address issues, redelivery or refund outcomes are handled case by case.
Customs And Import Charges
For international shipments, local customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
International Returns
International returns are accepted in line with our Refund Policy, but must be sent back to our UK return address at the customer's cost.
- We do not offer free international return shipping.
- Any customs, duties, taxes, and carrier fees on return parcels are payable by the customer.
