Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How To Request A Return
Email support@cleancandy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions are provided after approval.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used consumable products.
- Items returned without prior return approval.
- Gift cards and final sale items where marked.
International Returns
We accept international returns within the same 30-day return window. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our UK return address.
- We do not provide free international return labels.
- Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier charges on the return are the customer's responsibility.
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued for approved returned items only, once received and inspected in the UK.
Refund Timing
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post funds.
